Mr. Shadowens is an approved trainer for the Search Institute's 40 Developmental Assets. He has presented to thousands advocating for changes in our traditional approaches in working with young people. This training will contain the 40 assets that Infants and Toddlers (Birth to 35 Months) Need to Succeed. Regardless of gender, ethnic heritage, economic situation or geographic location, developmental assets both promote positive behaviors and attitudes. Families and caregivers are the primary Asset Builders for infants and toddlers. This workshop will give providers the insight and tools necessary to make a world of difference in a child' healthy emotional, social, cognitive, and behavioral growth and development.
