| Description |
Workshop by Dr. Harvey Karp, author of "The Happiest Baby on the Block".
Dr. Karp will discuss the concepts of "infant colic, the "missed fourth trimester", and the "calming reflex" as they relate to pediatric practice and parenting. The specific techniques of the five S's will be discussed and demonstrated. Indications for how pediatricians and other professionals can utilize these techniques in the pediatric office as well as adaptation to other uses and settings will be discussed.
