This introductory course is geared towards parents, caregivers, child care providers, and therapists working with children. This training discusses strategies and tactics to facilitate play with children of ALL abilities. This course will teach how to maximize the benefits of play and create beneficial play experiences. We will discover simple toy adaptations to overcome any potential barriers to play and practice inclusive play. Workshop includes handouts, videos, lecture, and hands-on activities.
