Join us as we explore the components of the Teaching Strategies GOLD assessment system. We will look at the structure of Teaching Strategies GOLD, identify the components, discuss the objectives for development and learning, explain the progression of development and learning, interpret the color bands, explain the On-the spot assessment tool and assessment opportunity cards, explain the assessment cycle, and practice scoring.
Prerequisite: Participants must have already attended The Introduction and Implementation of the Creative Curriculum workshop or another research based, developmentally appropriate curriculum workshop. Participants should bring their Teaching Strategies GOLD assessment toolkit.
THIS HAS BEEN GIVEN EARLY INTERVENTION CREDIT, BUT DOES NOT MEET THE GLOBAL ASSESSMENT REQUIREMENT FOR DT CREDENTIAL.
