Skilled interviewing is essential for EI specialist to obtain valid information about the child and family. The skill of Active Listening can best be described as listening for what is not being said. This workshop will focus on developing the skills of skilled interviewing and active listening to enhance EI specialists ability to assess and work with children and families.
