The SureStep presentation begins with an in-depth discussion of pronation, beginning with some common prevalent misconceptions regarding the biomechanical components and the nature of pronation, distinguishing the differences in the pathology of pronation of the hypotonic foot and the hypertonic foot. This is followed by a discussion on the mechanical, the residual and the developmental effects of pronation on children and their development.
