Preventing Service Coordinator Burnout

Description

Service Coordination is a challenging role in the Early Intervention System. Supporting a family during what can be a stressful time in their life requires a unique set of skills, but when caseloads are high or when dealing with situations that are more complex, extra tools may be necessary. This two hour workshop is designed to help Service Coordinators set and maintain healthy professional boundaries and share ideas and strategies to prevent becoming overwhelmed in their day to day work with children and families.
