This workshop will help EI Service Coordinators grow in their appreciation for the complexity of challenges which families face when they have a child (or children) who have spent a significant amount of time in the NICU, due to the complexity of the child's needs. Service Coordinators will be helped to reflect on these challenges, with the goal of being better prepared to help families reflect on and appreciate the shared care available through our partnerships within Early Intervention.
