Description |
Case consultation groups for service coordinators supports the deepening of reflective skills and offers personal and professional development by increasing self-awareness in order to understand one's own reactions, thoughts, and feelings that affect the work. Reflective practice allows a service coordinator to consider a team or family situation to understand it more fully. Monthly case consultations groups enhance relationships among staff and are designed to bring a continuous process of support and reflection to the working environment.
Reflective consultation groups meet monthly for 1.25 hours and are facilitated by the Social Emotional Specialist at CFC 11.
