Description |
An important piece of family support is guiding them through the transition process from early intervention to early childhood programming. Many options exist for families once their child turns three years of age. Preparing families for the options and guiding them through the process of working with a public school district is often unfamiliar to families. This workshop will support service coordinators in better understanding the transition process and EI's role guiding families from EI into other programming.
