Infant Massage Instructor Training

Description

Help parents use nurturing touch to feel closer to their babies, reduce their colic, gas and fussing, and help them become healthier and happier. Teaching parents infant massage is a great way to help them learn their babies' cues and cycles, reduce parental depression, help babies learn quicker, improve sleep patterns, and increase resistance to illness. All in a few minutes of fun together! Infant Massage is an easy tool to bring to families in their homes that will reinforce the work you are doing to increase parental sensitivity and resilience. This four-day training, followed by a take home assignment and practicum, leads to Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM) certification through Infant Massage USA. Also has CEUs for OTs, nurses, LMTs, Dona, Cappa, Child Life Council, Social Workers, Lactation Consultants and holds an Infant Mental Health Endorsement.
