We look forward to seeing you at the 31st Annual International DEC Conference in Atlanta, Georgia. This year's conference theme, “The Time Is Always Right to Do What Is Right” (MLK, 1964) for Young Children and Families, features leading experts from around the world in early intervention, early childhood special education, and related disciplines. Our conference program is designed to develop the skills and knowledge of those who work with or on behalf of young children with special needs and their families.
