| Description |
Facilitated Reflective case consultation will be held with a multidisciplinary group of early intervention providers. Participants will be asked to present challenges they are having with families and young children they are working with. Discussion will be structured around these challenges. Participants will be encouraged to identify strengths in the family system, ask open-ended questions regarding the challenges they are facing, brainstorm with each other on possible interpretations for the challenges, and offer possible next steps to the individual(s) presenting cases.
