Measuring the Success of Early Intervention

Description This session provides a brief review of the rationale and requirements for Illinois' child outcomes process and thoroughly reviews each of the outcomes, exploring examples of the types of skills that would be encompassed by individual outcomes. Strategies for integrating the child and family outcomes into the early intervention process, from referral to transition, are presented. Supporting the IFSP team in consensus building is also discussed.

Participants can expect to gain a deeper understanding of how to make the child outcomes summary work by imbedding it into the IFSP process. Challenging situations and special circumstances from the field in and around data collection are also topics of discussion.

Cancellations received on or before October 29 will be fully refunded. Cancellations received on or later than October 30 are non-refundable. No-shows are nonrefundable.
