This "in house" training for CFC#15 Service Coordinators will inform them of the revisions in the CFC Procedure Manual that will impact EI providers, which will support the collaboration of the entire EI team. The workshop will focus on clarifying revisions in the Evaluation and Report guidelines and EI Evaluation & Assessment instruments from the updated CFC Procedure Manual. We will discuss the differences between Evaluations and Assessments; eligibility determination; the report format; working with the team to determine eligibility; and the list of approved Evaluation and Assessment Instruments. This training will not be on a specific instrument, but is an overview and discussion on revisions.
