Supporting Families From Evaluation Through The IFSP Meeting

Join our discussion with Kristi Schwantner of the Early Intervention Developmental Pediatric Assistance Team at Cardinal Glennon Hospital. Kristi will provide a brief review of typical child development as a foundation of how to incorporate information collected during an evaluation into the new Evaluation/Assessment Report format. Kristi will focus on how to write the new sections of the report and presenting the results in a meaningful way in the IFSP meeting through facilitating a discussion among the family and providers.
