Description

This clinical institute and conference address the importance of putting the relationship with the family in the forefront when working with a child. It stresses the importance of individual differences of the child and parent/caretaker. It introduces methods, techniques on how to support the child through gesture, affect, and language, therapeutic strategies, and the importance of reflection to monitor quality of care and overall progress in the pediatric population.
