Description |
It is imperative that Early Intervention providers, no matter what their individual specialization or discipline, understand the importance of "seeing" and working with the whole child. Accessing the recent neurosciences findings this presentation will encourage participants to embrace the complexity of development of the whole child rather than simplifying development into individual domains. Emotions are a function of the nervous system and humans tend to follow their emotions. All providers would do well to understand the ways in which a whole brain approach will benefit the whole child.
