Members of Lurie Children’s Cochlear Implant Team will provide a brief overview of each of the three cochlear implant manufacturers and their most current devices. The fundamental parts of each device and basic function of a cochlear implant will also be discussed. Participants will then be instructed on troubleshooting procedures and have an opportunity to practice on live cochlear implant systems. Representatives from each company will be on hand to answer any questions. This interactive workshop is a double breakout session. Limited to 45 participants.
