Strategies for Improving Speech and Language Skills of Young Children with ASD

This breakout session will address the improvement of speech and language skills in young children who are diagnosed with or exhibit symptoms of ASD. The presenter will discuss initial speech-language therapy objectives, a variety of strategies in the SLPs toolbox for enhancing skills and provide model activities for participants to utilize in their own practice.
