It is estimated that around 10% of infants are born having been exposed to some kind of alcohol, tobacco or illegal drug. In utero drug exposure has the potential for far reaching and long lasting implications on the development of children. The presentation will explore the effects of drug exposure and parental drug use on child development and the implications for professional service providers.
