The ASQ:SE Overview

Description

The ASQ:SE is a screening tool that is part of the interview phase of families entering Early Intervention. The service coordinators use the ASQ:SE to learn more about the child and family and any areas of need that could be addressed with early intervention, particularly around social/emotional development.
This seminar will be an opportunity for service coordinators to deepen their skills with the ASQ:SE with families. A general overview will be reviewed and a focused discussion on how the ASQ:SE supports the evaluation phase of a family's introduction to EI. Further, we will review cases as part of a learning experience for all of the attendees.
