Description |
This course will present a free screening of the award-winning documentary LIFE, ANIMATED, followed by a discussion moderated by Dr. Megan Roberts. The film chronicles the story of a boy with autism and the unique approach his family used to communicate with him. The discussion will include information on what the film can teach providers about using a child's interests to connect with the world, and the importance of family involvement.
