Learning Through Our Moments: Connections, Interaction, Attunement

Description

How do infants and toddlers best learn? What role do our brains play in this? And, how do we access the minds of the youngest we serve to help their entire bodies be open to learning?
The answers to these questions are continuously evolving as we learn more and more about the nature of learning, early development and neurobiology…the interplay between our cells and behavior. In this workshop, participants will gain knowledge of typical social emotional development from infancy through two years of age, brain development, elements each of us can provide to create the most fertile ground for young children, as well as explore how we can help each other, providers trusted with their care and development.
