Clinicians will discuss a research article by Katherine M. Walton and Brooke R. Ingersoll that was published in Autism in 2016. The article, titled “The utility of Thin Slice ratings for predicting language growth in children with autism spectrum disorder,” explores a new methodology for predicting young children’s developmental skills and language gains over time.
