Clinicians will discuss a research article by Kinard et al. that was published in the Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders in 2016. The article, titled “Predictors of Parent Responsiveness to 1-Year-Olds At-Risk for Autism Spectrum Disorder,” explores the relationship between a child’s sensory reactivity patterns and social-communication with their parent’s responsivity to them.
