Clinicians will discuss a research article by Ning Hsu, Pamela Hadley, and Matthew Rispoli that was published in the Journal of Child Development in 2015. The article, titled “Diversity matters: parent input predicts toddler verb production” summarizes research showing the impact of parent verb diversity over quantity on children’s verb acquisition.
