Social Media and Mental Health in Early Intervention

Description

Social media has exploded in the last decade and even more so in the last 5 years. Working with families in their home can make boundaries confusing on what to do when there is a friend request on Facebook, when a family member wants to "LinkIn" on LinkedIn, sees a provider profile on a dating website, or realizes that they live in the same town as a provider because you both use Nextdoor. This workshop is designed to create a discussion on how to handle social media as a provider and a service coordinator in both personal and professional lives.
