Providers and CFC staff are invited to come together in a joint forum and discuss pertinent issues related to eligibility. This will help all team members to be "on the same page" and minimize any miscommunication related to the topic of eligibility determination and re-determination. Issues discussed will include: report formats, total domain scores, categories of eligibility, and clinical opinion. All participants will have the opportunity to ask burning questions and have them fully discussed and answered. Come and be a part of the conversation!
