Reflective Case Consultation – Teaming and System Collaboration
This twelve-part training series is designed to highlight teaming strategies to promote professional collaboration among multidisciplinary providers and family support systems. The correlation between effective teaming, caregiver engagement and optimizing outcomes will be considered. Vignettes and field experiences will be explored using a facilitated group process with adherence to reflective practice principles. Exploration of the following themes and concepts will be embedded in the process.
