This event is for EI providers who work in CFC #15. In order to connect and collaborate with the Providers who work in CFC 15, we are hosting a Provider Forum to bring together CFC staff and providers of all disciplines. The forum will allow for small group discussion on several topics with a focus on using the entire EI team to best support children and families in Early Intervention. Providers and CFC staff will have the opportunity to connect, reflect, share ideas and resources, and come up with innovative ways to work together and support each other while discussing the following topics:

The Parent’s Perspective
The Relationship between Insurance and Family Fee.
