Adverse childhood experiences can dramatically influence a child's development. Participants will identify common adverse childhood experiences in the lives of young children, examine ways to build resilience and faster positive social emotional development within young children and their families, and identify practical multidisciplinary ways to prevent and intervene during early childhood when adverse childhood experiences have occurred.
