Transitioning from Early Intervention is a critical step for families of children receiving services in our system. There is a lot of information that needs to be shared in order to support families in their decision making process as they consider next steps for their preschool aged child. This two hour workshop will provide Service Coordinators a refresher/review of the transition process including; federal and state guidelines, procedure manual, scheduling/coordination of meetings, careful case noting of invitations, attendance and required paperwork, signatures and releases.
