This course presented current research by Wainer and Hepburn published in Autism in 2017. The article, “Remembering parents in parent-mediated early intervention: An approach to examining impact on parents and families” reviewed research in parent-mediated interventions for ASD and discussed the importance of focusing on family outcomes as part of intervention.
