In order to understand developmental challenges that young children may have it is important to recognize the typically developing young child first. What can we expect from newborns, infants and a 12 month old? This discussion will focus on the first year of life. What do newborns look like, how do they behave? We will look at each month and watch video segments of infants to help us observe and understand their growth and development.
