Stress and Resilience: Effects on Families and Child Development

Description

It's safe to say that all families experience some level of stress on a regular basis. Some stress can even be a good thing. But what happens to interactions, relationships and child development when stress is pervasive and unrelenting? In this course, participants will learn about various types of stress, factors that contribute, effects on child development and family interactions, and how resilience can be achieved for children and their caregivers.
