Dr Martin will discuss many aspects of vision in children, including what services a developmental optometrist can provide and how to talk about these services with families. Dr. Martin will talk about red flags for vision concerns in our young population, as well as recommendations for when families need to pursue vision supports. Finally, Dr. Martin will talk about how strategies can be incorporated
into EI therapies or family's home routines, how to improve communication between the EI team and doctor, and beneficial resources for families.
