Blomberg Rhythmic Movement Level 2 (BRMT Emotions, Inner Leadership and the limbic System)

Description

Level Two focuses on how active reflexes affect our mood and cognition. We will discuss the role of the limbic system in emotional regulation and stress, as well as how BRMT can be used to help children with autism and ADD tendencies, symptoms or diagnoses . Reflex development is closely linked with our experience of our body and emotions, and this course explains how the simple BRMT movements can transform emotional well-being.

focus is on reducing fear, anxiety, stress in young children so they can feel safe in their environment and learn easier, and diminish unwanted behaviors and reduce the need for disciplinary action.
