Clinicians will discuss a research article by Vallotton and colleagues published in Infancy in 2016. The article, “Parenting supports for early vocabulary development: Specific effects of sensitivity and stimulation through infancy” examines the impact of parent sensitivity versus specificity on child vocabulary and how it is moderated by age.
