Integrating Our Professional Skills While Working With Families to Enhance Children’s Development

Description

How can we effectively engage families using all the
skills we learned in school?
And, the skills we learned though years of
experience working with families and children?
And, how can we put this all together with other clinicians, providers and the parents to help children developmentally progress to their greatest potential at this point in their young life in an inclusive way?

Join us in this interactive workshop to explore those questions and more! The aim of the day will be simple … How do we do our work in these early years to gain the greatest long-term impact for children? Fulfilling this task on a daily basis, under less than ideal conditions, is far from simple. This is what makes our work in Early Intervention so challenging, rewarding and undeniably valuable.
