Utilizing the Routines-Based Interview to Write Individualized, Meaningful IFSP Outcomes

Description

Service Coordinators gather a wealth of information during the intake process. Families share their questions and concerns, those times of the day that are going well and those daily routines that are a struggle for their child and themselves. This two-hour workshop for Service Coordinators will review the Routines-Based Interview with a specific focus on incorporating the information shared by families into the IFSP outcome writing process. Topics will also include meeting facilitation, helping families find and share their voice, and team outcome writing to create IFSP outcomes that include questions, concerns and daily routines identified during intake.
