Case Note Training for New Service Coordinators

Description

The role of the Service Coordinator in the Illinois Early Intervention System is a challenging one. Documentation is one component that is critical to ensuring adherence to policies and principles and case notes are a critical piece of documentation. It is difficult to understand all of nuances that go into supporting children and families, but case notes often are used to capture the parts of "the family's story" not found elsewhere. This two hour workshop will help newer Service Coordinators learn and practice writing case notes for key events in the Illinois Early Intervention System.
