Reflective peer groups allow for Early Intervention providers to come together in a shared, safe, confidential space without judgement, to share thoughts, reflections, ideas, strategies and problem solve, in order to promote healthy change and continuous growth in the children, families and communities they serve. The group is facilitated by a mental health professional to promote self-reflection and self-care when working within relationships in Early Intervention.
