Description
This workshop explores effective teaming practices for early intervention professionals as they develop relationships in an effort to serve children and families in the early intervention program. Key themes include the developmental stages of teaming and the role of team members, communication, conflict, problem solving, and consensus. Early intervention professionals will learn strategies to become more aware of their role as team members so they can have better communication and understanding of others on their team.
