This training reviews the guides and directions for case noting and documentation for Early Intervention providers and service coordinators. Common and uncommon issues with maintaining a running record from intake to transition for children and families in Early Intervention will be discussed. Participants are presented with strategies to assure accountability and preserve confidentiality.
