Understanding and Managing Toddler Sleep Difficulties

Description

This workshop is designed for professionals and parents interested in gaining insight into why some toddlers have difficulty sleeping alone or breaking established co-sleeping patterns.. Key developmental and emotional issues underlying sleep problems will be explored, as well as a variety of popular sleep-training methods. Through discussion, case examples, and videos, participants will develop an understanding of the reasons behind sleep difficulties and learn techniques to manage these problems.
