| Description |
This workshop will focus on legal and custody issues for families who are separated or divorced. Foster and adoptive family situations as well as families in which one parent is incarcerated will also be covered. Service coordinators will learn how to determine who is legally responsible for authorizing services and with whom they may communicate in situations where custody is inclear.
