This wokshop focused on ways to develop a more meaningful intake experience for both families and Service Coordinators. The presenters explored ways to make the intake process more efficient while gathering the information that is most important to the family. The presenters explained a restructured flow for the intake meeting, a new intake summary form, a new EI process flow sheet to explain the EI process to families, and newly generated family friendly therapy role descriptors.
