This fifthe biennial Symposia features talks by leading researchers on the clinical, educational and molecular aspects of Cornelia de Lanage Syndrome (CdLS).
The meeting encourages interactions between professionals from a range of fields including doctors, teachers, therapists, and researchers.
The Symposia breaks into two tracks in the morning - one focused on clinical/molecular issues and the other on education/allied health issues.
Attendees leave with knowledge about:
• the broad spectrum of findings in the natural history of CdLS;
• behavioral issues, specifically self-injurious behavior and autism;
• clinical management and counseling issues related to CdLS;
• the molecular basis for CdLS; and
• best practices in educational settings.
