Lunch and Learn Workshop
Early Intervention and DFSS/Early Head Start Agencies: Understanding systems and processes to improve collaborative efforts that positively impact families.
A morning panel of Early Intervention Service Coordinators will share their process for receiving referrals, developing IFSPs, and coordinating care. An afternoon panel of Early Head Start Disability Coordinators at they share their process for making referrals to Early Intervention.
Lunch will be provided.
